In building your business, you will spend a lot of time on the phone. It is recommended that, if you do not have "unlimited calling" from your phone service, you contact your local phone company and request this. In addition, since we are doing business in Canada, ask them to add that country to the service also. We also recommend you ask your local phone company to add 3-way calling to your service plan.

Since we are doing business in many other countries, it is recommended that you check out a free world wide service called Skype. This is a free internet program that you can download from http://www.skype.com, and it is easy to set up. All you will need is a head set with a microphone and you will be able to talk or do Instant Messaging with anyone, all over the world free - providing the other person also has Skype.
